Something I got a lot better at after redoing my setup. Using my camera flip screen I can always keep an eye on what others are seeing when they look at me. In a way it’s a reminder to give to others what I would want to receive. Sometimes all it takes is a resting pleasant face.
If I were still working, I would make the point in your article an important, if not the most important part, of dealing with people. I always made ‘listening’ imperative, but speaking last is a brilliant concept. Wish I had read your article many years ago. Congratulations on writing such an informative and helpful article.
