Hey Alexandra! These concepts are really resonating with me this week. I'm keeping this in mind as I prepare an in-depth "how-to" segment in my newsletter:

I relate to the struggle around being non-technical / not using too much industry jargon.
It can be tough. When I first started coaching course creators, I thought I was explaining everything plainly but then I got feedback I was using instructional design language beyond their comprehension. So I scaled back and try to be cognizant of not doing that anymore.
