This was such a great breakdown! You captured well the grind of being stuck in the "Get" phase. Zooming out to see the bigger picture and the "Keep, Grow" parts of the strategy helps a lot.

Thanks, Laraine! I like to see the forest before getting down into the trees, otherwise it’s easy to lose my way.

It’s all about employing the right tactics in relation to the bigger strategy.

It's funny how epiphanies come to us in the most mundane situations.

Right? Movies and TV shows do a great job of highlighting this. Characters will exhaust themselves trying to solve a problem with laser focus.

But it’s always an offhand comment someone makes about something unrelated that sparks the answer they’ve been looking for. And then they go tearing off with knowledge of how to solve the problem.

This is why multidisciplinary teams teach people the most. The broader the perspective you have evaluating a problem, the more connections you spark, and the more likely you are to come up with a robust solution.
