Lessons learned and shared eloquently.

Subscriber counts don't really matter. Big impacts are made with smaller audiences. The people who ask why you keep publishing--I wonder how many subs they have? (I don't actually wonder. I already know.)

Thanks, Matt! Grateful for your encouragement throughout the journey.

And good point. While I assume people who ask that are well intentioned (implying I might be wasting my time), they either haven’t started anything or quit after a few weeks.

So to your point, it’s important to contextualize feedback rather than take it blindly.

<3 <3 <3 Loved your newsletter today, so many relatable points. Shower caddy included.

I agree with matt, your steady social growth shows how maximally effective you are. You've made an entire unique career without even needing that many subs!!

Thanks, Christin - that means a lot!

Your own unique career path has been inspiring me along the way and I’m so excited to mentor Write of Passage together this Fall. It’s really rewarding to be able to collaborate and learn from inspiring people like you, Matt and the rest of the woppers.

Onwards & upwards!

Thanks, John - likewise, appreciate you sharing that! You’ve been churning out loads of great content this past year so you have a lot of be proud of. I do too—and I need to be better at celebrating my progress regardless of how far I still have to go. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. Excited to mentor WOP together this cohort!
