Can't comment on the hockey puck (never seen one this side of the world, lol). But I love it that you also love Harry Potter! I can't believe that it's been 20 years. To sort participants into a spectrum, a facilitator at a workshop I attended once, told us to place ourselves in a line from "Who's Harry Potter?" to "hardcore: read the books and watched the movies multiple times, dressed up in HP, sorted into a house and all that jazz" I was at the far end of that spectrum.
Thanks for sharing the MMDD framework. I'm going to share that with my colleagues while I still have them for the next couple of weeks. Some of them then would just be friends :)
